Operators may need to see credentials. Courier Drivers does not store those files. Sending scans over WhatsApp or email creates a data risk.
What to watch for
- A listing that asks you to email a licence or passport photo to apply
- A group chat collecting DBS certificates
- A profile field asking for a driving-licence number

- Register the checks once with Courier Passport and ask the operator to read a status, not a WhatsApp scan
