Does one company decide your hours, routes and when you can finish?

Are you told you cannot send a substitute if you are ill or need a day off?

Do they supply the van, scanner and uniform, and treat you like staff while you invoice them?

Are you paid through PAYE payroll rather than invoices?

Have agreed invoices or wages gone unpaid past the date you were given?
